Refunds are only issued in cases of verified defects, order errors on our part, or where required by law. Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and compliant with all legal requirements. Any approved refunds may be subject to restocking or processing fees.

4. Shipping Policy

All shipments are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Firearms will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The customer is responsible for providing accurate transfer information and completing all required background checks and paperwork. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, regulatory processes, or external factors.
